Pacific English Study Online Membership and Cancellation Policy Fees and Charges Membership subscriptions renew on the same date of every month from the original purchase date until the membership is cancelled. By purchasing a course/s, you agree to pay the membership fees (plus applicable surcharges) for the course using the payment method you have selected in your enrolment. Membership fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online lecture notes, lesson videos or workbooks dependent upon the chosen course. Membership fees are charged in USD currency. 2. Cancelling your membership You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing online@pacificenglishstudy.com. Memberships cancelled during a monthly cycle will not receive a refund for the remaining days before the next billing date. Members have access to their course for the days remaining in the month. 3. Course commencement Unless otherwise agreed, your access to the online platform will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access. 4. Unlimited Access Unlimited access means that your membership payments are up to date for the courses you are enrolled in. Registration Data and Account Security When you register for any services offered on the Site requiring registration, you are asked to provide specific information as set out in the registration form (“Registration Details”). You must provide accurate Registration Details and update your Registration Details as necessary so that they maintain their accuracy.
